Every 2 months The House of Technology organizes a meeting at several locations in this area. On September the 20th CCM welcomed a group of more than 70 people who showed interest in this meeting of the House of Technology, carrying the theme: creativity and structured in balance, innovative development with swift and depth. The lecture of the guest speaker Tom Bijnagte had the theme ”between chaos and bureaucracy – about creativity and structure in the process of development” Hans Michels / COO of CCM, explained the working methods within CCM, using the development of the Generic Substrate Carrier as an example of a process development, that requires a structured way of working, combined with creativity to achieve its final required result. After the lectures, the attendees had the chance to see 6 pending CCM projects; technical explanation thereof was given by the project leaders with great enthusiasm. The technical highlights received a lot of attention and the attendees were pleasantly surprised that CCM operates in such a broad field and offers an enormous variety of technical solutions. Finally some networking was done, while enjoying some drinks and refreshments. The House of Technology, the attendees and CCM can look back on a fascinating and successful event. |
