Development contracts are being conducted by CCM on a project approach in close cooperation with our customer and possible partners. CCM claims an extensive, over many years successful experience and  performance in development projects. A mature way of working, aiming at cost control and risk reduction is the applied. It is our goal to deliver the right value for money to you.

Our working method is characterized by a phase structure, the initial definition and verification of the specification, and the lean budgeting in money and time. In an early stage of the project the feasibility is checked, in order to prevent disappointment in a later stage. For this purpose simulations and testing is used enabling the understanding of the effects, correlations and relevance of the processes and parameters.
Of course we guarantee confidentiality and our way of marketing communication is checked with the customer in advance.

A project is during its total lead time managed by the same project manager for communication purposes. If necessary the project team is changed due to the actual project status or phase.
Projects conducted by CCM for her customers may vary significantly concerning high tech level, size and duration.
